One-Bedroom Apartments

We have a total of 18 one-bedroom apartments on the campus of St. Francis Manor.  The apartments are 425 sqft and consist of living space, one large bedroom, a 

full-size kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a closet. Rent prices include water, trash, and sewer services. The residents are responsible for their electricity, telephone and cable. Each unit includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and air conditioner. We are an income-restricted community and we do accept Section 8 housing vouchers.  Potential residents must meet the following criteria to apply: 

• Minimum age of 62
• Maximum monthly income of $2,500 per month
• Maximum assets of $37,000
• No Smoking inside of the apartments
• No pets 
• Must be able to live independently
• Agree to a background and credit check
