Studio Apartments

We have a total of 98 Studio Apartments on the campus of St. Francis Manor. We have two sizes available, small studios (325 sqft) and large studios (380 sqft).  The apartments consist of living space, a full-size kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a closet. Rent prices include water, trash, and sewer services. The residents are responsible for their electricity, telephone and cable. Each unit includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and air conditioner. We are an income-restricted community and we do accept Section 8 housing vouchers. 

Potential residents must meet the following criteria to apply: 

• Minimum age of 62
• Maximum monthly income of $1,900 per month
• Maximum assets of $26,000
• No Smoking inside of the apartments
• No pets 
• Must be able to live independently
• Agree to a background and credit check
